About Us:

CompareSMSF^TM is an online network of SMSF members, and those considering setting up their own SMSF. 

Ths site is an independent service provided by Scott Williams and Roger Wyndham.  

Scott and Roger have been long time friends, and began the process of setting up their own Self Managed Super Funds (SMSF's) together.

Whilst finding service providers to help with the initial set up was overwhelming, endorsements from actual users were not as easy to find.

In 2007 we created this site, and have met an increasing number of people interested in (or already operating) SMSF's.  Re-occurring themes from these meetings that encouraged us to set up this site included:

An acute interest in how SMSF's compared with others (a like for like comparison). The common benchmarks areas: 

o   Investment performance,

o   Level of expenses, and

o   The type of assets held

Opinions and feedback on product and service offerings that have been enormously beneficial to us, and it would seem as a natural extension, beneficial to all existing and potential SMSF members;

Great ideas for product and service innovations targeted at the SMSF sector, (many of which we suspect currently go unnoticed).  

What really struck a cord was the strength and benefit that an on-line network could offer SMSF members.  We trust you enjoy the site and become a regular visitor and contributor.  Any feedback on the site would be most welcome.
